We currently do not offer international shipping services. Additionally, we do not provide shipping outside of the contiguous United States at this time, including but not limited to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and other regions.

If you wish to pick up your order, please contact customer service before making your purchase. We will provide our warehouse address and arrange a pickup time with you.

Terra & Rootrek packages its shipments with the utmost care, but freight damage can, unfortunately, occur in transit. Please follow the steps below to have the best experience:

1. Please contact customer service and provide real pictures to help them understand the extent of the product damage.

2. If it's a damaged product part, you can choose to have customer service purchase and send a new replacement part for free, and we will use the fastest logistics to deliver the new part. Alternatively, you can choose to return the item, and you will not incur any return shipping costs.

3. If the main body of the product is damaged, you can choose to return or exchange it, and you will not incur any costs associated with the return or exchange process.

Pre-ordered tents are made to order at the factory and shipped directly to your home. This process eliminates the need for expensive storage fees associated with keeping inventory in stock, allowing us to offer a lower price.

The majority of crossbars and roof racks specify a dynamic weight load, indicating the maximum weight they can support while the vehicle is in motion. For instance, if your crossbars have a dynamic weight capacity of 165 lbs (75 kg), it's advisable not to exceed this weight limit during travel. This is due to additional forces such as wind resistance, braking, and road bumps affecting the vehicle while driving. However, the static weight load — the weight limit when the vehicle is stationary — is significantly higher, accommodating for these extra forces.

It's quite simple! With just a single bolt wrench, you can effortlessly mount or unmount them whenever necessary. The Terra & Rootrek rooftop tents are designed for easy handling, requiring only 2-3 people to load or unload them. Initially, setting up the tent on your vehicle might take up to 30 minutes, but as you become more familiar with the process, it can be reduced to less than 10minutes.

Indeed, they can be mounted, but you'll require a bed rack or crossbars for installation. Be sure to review the dimensions of the tents and follow the provided mounting instructions carefully.

Terra & Rootrek rooftop tents feature a versatile mounting system, making them compatible with the majority of racks and crossbars available. They are specifically engineered to attach to two standard crossbars (rather than directly onto the vehicle's roof), similar to those produced by Thule, Yakima, or any aftermarket options used for carrying bikes or kayaks, or to a roof/bed rack.
