Terra's rooftop tents are all side-opening roof top tents known for their high quality. Replaceable parts include, but are not limited to, hydraulic rods. These parts come with a three-year warranty, and we provide replacement parts to customers free of charge.

Shipping
Terra & Rootrek's RTT will be delivered to customers via truck freight for a flat fee of $249 in the contiguous US. Unfortunately, delivery to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii is currently unavailable. If customers wish to purchase RTT for these three regions, please contact customer service first.

Free cancellation
For cancellations before shipment, we do not charge any fees. However, please note that refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
Paid cancellation
1. For cancellations during transit after the order has been shipped, we will charge 15% of the item's price as a shipping fee. This is because transporting large items like rooftop tents is challenging and expensive.
2. If you need to change the shipping address after the order has been shipped, we will charge a fee based on the actual cost incurred for redelivery or warehousing during the change process.
3. After the RTT is delivered, returns and refunds will be allowed if the package is unopened. Customers must apply for returns within 14 days of receiving the products and we will charge 20% of the item's price for pickup and transportation costs. Return requests beyond 14 days will not be approved.
Unable to cancel
After the RTT is delivered, any refunds or returns will not be supported if the package has been opened.
